ChemoScreen can evaluate your compound for activity on proliferating chemo-resistant tumor cell lines in 2D culture. Most useful information is gained from comparing the compound's activity on both chemo-resistant cells and the parental cells from which the resistant cells were derived. Included in each test of compound is a control to demonstrate that the IC50 of the chemo-resistant cells is greater (i.e. cells are less sensitive) than parental cells to the drug used to generate resistance.
